  • How can I get an estimate?

    All estimates are free and hold no obligation. To get a written estimate, click Get an Estimate and fill out the information or you can call (260) 494-9311. Either way, we will have some additional questions for you to get a more accurate estimate. All estimates are exactly that, an estimate of cost. We understand financial planning so we attempt to get a solid estimate initially but there are some home conditions that require additional costs that are not known until we see the home.

  • Does Bubble Bee Cleaning allow custom cleaning?

    Unlike other house cleaning services, Bubble Bee Cleaning provides a customized cleaning service at an affordable price. Let us know your cleaning preferences and we’ll clean your home just the way you like it, whether that means adding specific items, understanding your priorities, or removing rooms you don’t want cleaned.

  • Are there any services you don't offer?

    While we offer a wide range of house cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.

  • Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

    Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. Prior to poor reviews or cancellation of further services, if the quality of work performed and paid for is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Although infrequent, sometimes an item is missed. If you believe we did an outstanding job please write a review of us on an online site so others can see what our service has to offer. We love to read customer reviews!

  • What if something is overlooked? Will you guys come and fix it

    We pride ourselves in a quality clean, so if you find something we overlooked please let us know right away! Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that if you call us within 24 hours of your service with any issues, we will send someone right away to take care of it.

  • Is Bubble Bee Cleaning environmentally friendly?

    We have made conscious environmentally friendly choices when deciding what products are best for your home. We use microfiber towels instead of paper towels, because they are a true green cleaning product. Microfiber works extremely well as a cleaning aid without creating large amounts of waste. It also allows us to use less product while still doing an awesome job of cleaning. We also use refillable product bottles to reduce waste for landfills. We attempt to use eco-friendly cleaners but also understand that sometimes a more extreme cleaner is necessary for an area.

  • How many hours is a typical cleaning service?

    There is no set amount of time – it all depends on the current condition of your home. To get a good approximation, take the number of bedrooms in your home and make that into hours. E.g. 2 bedrooms = 2 hours.

  • Does the first cleaning take longer?

    Yes. The first cleaning typically takes longer than following cleanings. How long the first cleaning takes will depend on how long it has been since your home received a deep cleaning, how many people live in your home, whether you have pets, the size of your home, and other factors.

  • Do I need a Deep Clean?

    We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had a professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page.

  • Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?

    Here are some simple steps to follow prior to us arriving.

    • Make your home accessible. A key that is accessible to the cleaning person(s) is usually the best method. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home.
    • Turn off any alarm systems. If you choose to leave the alarm on and have the service disarm, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system.
    • Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charges. Essentially this means have toys and counter clutter picked up. =)
    • Have your valuables put away to avoid accidents. We do have limited liability protection for valuable antiques or non-replaceable items, but if there are any items you prefer we do not touch, please notify us prior to the cleaning.
    • Let us know how we are doing. Submit your comments online at Facebook, Google or via email. We appreciate your feedback and use it to help improve our services!
  • Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?

    We provide all our cleaning products and supplies. This is so we are are familiar with how the products work and where to use them. If you need special products used in your home for any reason, however, you are welcome to provide that, alongside directions on proper usage.

  • Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?

    No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. Our team is trustworthy and friendly but they do have a schedule, so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.

    We do ask that a walk through is done prior to the first cleaning so that our team can connect with you and confirm we are all on the same page for your cleaning preferences. This should take no more than 15 minutes.

  • How will I let the cleaning team in my house?

    There are a few ways that you can let us in. One way would be an extra key. We handle all keys professionally and securely, or you could leave a key hidden near your front door with instructions on where to find it, such as under the mat, or in the planter. We also can use garage openers, or codes. We assure you that all the information and keys you provide us will be handled securely and returned to you if you ever discontinue service. However, if we cannot enter your house or the key is nowhere to be found, you will be charged with a lockout fee, for more information visit our policy section.

  • What steps do you take to ensure a better clean?

    A better clean comes from using the best products in the best way to avoid cross-contamination. We use four different color-coded microfiber towels – different colors for different parts of your home, to prevent any cross-contamination from bathrooms and kitchens to the rest of your home. Our team also uses a specific cleaning checklist at each visit to ensure we are providing the more detailed cleaning each and every time.
